Game Demonstrations – 5 Parallel Sessions in Smaller Groups
Dive into a series of hands-on demonstrations featuring a range of HR-focused games developed by Copenhagen Game Lab. These sessions will showcase how gamification can revolutionize learning and development within your organization. Each session lasts 40 minutes, with a maximum of 8 participants per group to ensure a focused, interactive experience. If there’s high interest, sessions will be repeated to accommodate all attendees.

The demonstrations will feature the following games:

  1. Psychological Safety Game – NEW!
    Experience the Slovenian version of this year’s bestselling game from Denmark. This discussion-based game focuses on fostering a culture of safety and trust within teams, helping create environments where employees feel safe, supported, and empowered to speak up. (Session conducted in Slovenian)
  2. Proactive (Zdrava ekipa)
    A simulation game designed to enhance employee engagement by encouraging proactive decision-making. This game helps prevent stress within organizations by promoting healthy team dynamics and early intervention. (Session conducted in Slovenian)
  3. High Performers
    This English-language simulation game challenges participants to achieve peak performance through interactive scenarios that test and inspire their teamwork and leadership skills. Designed to reinforce the principles of high-performance teams, this session will leave you equipped with actionable insights to apply in your organization. (Session conducted in English)
  4. Games on Corporate Values
    Explore a demonstration of a game developed for Deloitte, which illustrates the potential for custom-made games that help align your team’s values with your organization’s goals. This session will showcase how engaging, value-driven activities can create stronger connections between individual and corporate values. (Session conducted in English)
  5. Digital Training Games
    Discover innovative digital tools that can upskill employees and enhance your training programs. These digital training games offer flexible and scalable ways to improve employee performance through engaging, interactive content. (Session conducted in English)
